Registries include: Vital Events (birth, death, fetal death), Cancer and Immunization. Ambulatory Surgical Centers

Data includes location points of Pennsylvania ambulatory surgical centers, or out-patient procedure clinics, licensed or approved by the PA Department of Health from July 1, 2008 to June 30, 2009.
